Welcome to Mindsai Creative. By working with us, you agree to the following terms, which help us ensure clarity, fairness, and creative excellence in every project.
1. Engagement & Acceptance: By engaging Mindsai for creative services (branding, web, design, or advertising), you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined here and in any accompanying proposal or invoice.
2. Project Initiation
Projects begin once:
- A signed agreement or written approval is received.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is paid.
No work will commence until both conditions are met.
3. Payments & Late Fees
Payment structure: 50% deposit → 25% midpoint → 25% on completion.
Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments incur a 5% interest charge per month.
Payments are non-refundable once made.
Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card, Stripe.
4. Revisions & Feedback
All projects include a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal.
Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed separately.
Timely feedback (within 48–72 hours) is expected to keep the project timeline on track.
5. Delays & Timelines
We provide estimated timelines based on the initial scope.
Delays due to client inaction, delayed feedback, or scope changes may result in revised timelines or additional costs. We work collaboratively to stay on schedule.
6. Ownership & Usage
Upon full payment, you gain full rights to the final deliverables.
Mindsai retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, on our website, and in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
