The company delivers proactive cybersecurity, 24 / 7 help‑desk coverage, data backup and recovery, VOIP phone systems, and surveillance solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across Vancouver Island. Led by owner Nigel Fee, the local team prides itself on fast response times, no outsourcing, and a partnership mindset that keeps clients’ operations running smoothly.
The Problem
NCI Technical had earned nearly twenty years of trust keeping Vancouver Island businesses secure and connected, yet its online presence told a much smaller story. The old single‑page site buried key services such as cybersecurity, data backups, and VOIP phone systems, and it lacked clear calls to action or lead‑capture tools. Content was thin, inconsistent, and hard to update, so prospective clients could not see the depth of expertise or the round‑the‑clock support the team is known for. Without an integrated marketing plan, NCI relied on word of mouth while larger competitors dominated search results and ad space.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the website from scratch around an audience‑focused content strategy. Each core service now has its own search‑optimized page with plain‑language benefits, client questions, and trust signals, while a streamlined navigation guides visitors to a quick quote form in two clicks. Case‑study modules, staff bios, and FAQ sections showcase real experience and inject personality. To amplify reach, we partnered with Verra on a targeted digital ad campaign that aligns landing pages with keyword groups and tracks conversions, turning the new site into a measurable lead engine.
