Client Profile
The Tour de Rock Golf Classic is an annual charity tournament held every year in British Columbia. All proceeds support the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock, a two‑week cycling trek that raises funds for childhood cancer research and programs like Camp Goodtimes. The golf event brings together first responders, local businesses, and community members for a day of friendly competition that drives real impact for Vancouver Island families facing childhood cancer.
The Problem
The Tour de Rock Golf Classic was gaining momentum as a charity event, but its public face lagged behind. There was no recognizable logo to anchor posters and sponsorship packages, and the tournament relied on scattered social posts and word‑of‑mouth to fill foursomes. Without a dedicated website, golfers had to register through email threads and paper forms, and potential sponsors struggled to find clear information about benefits or donation levels. The event needed a cohesive brand, a central hub for sign‑ups and donations, and a marketing plan that could reach players across Vancouver Island.
Our Solution
We created a bold, modern logo that links the energy of the Cops for Cancer ride with the camaraderie of a day on the course. Building on that identity, we launched a responsive website that walks visitors from event overview to secure registration and payment in just a few clicks.
