VATS Consulting Inc. is a Nanaimo‑based firm that helps entrepreneurs scale, systemize, and eventually exit their businesses on their own terms. Founded in 2012 by Daniel and Richelle Stav, the team blends strategic planning with hands‑on operational coaching, using its Vision, Accountability, Tactics, Strategy framework to boost leadership capacity, financial performance, and enterprise value for companies ranging from start‑ups to multi‑billion‑dollar enterprises.
The Problem
VATS Consulting had evolved into a sophisticated advisory firm, yet its old website felt generic and scattered. Core services like leadership development, operational efficiency, and change management were buried in long pages that loaded slowly and offered no clear next step for visitors. The look and feel relied on stock graphics, leaving nothing distinctive to anchor the Vision, Accountability, Tactics, Strategy framework that drives the company’s work. With no blog or social feed, fresh insights were confined to email chains, limiting reach and search visibility.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site on a lightweight content management system and mapped each service to a focused, search‑optimized page. A custom icon set now visually expresses the VATS methodology, giving every section a quick visual cue while reinforcing brand recognition across decks and social posts. An integrated blog and social wall publish articles, success stories, and quick tips in real time, turning thought leadership into continuous traffic. The result is a fast, branded platform that guides prospects from first click to booked consultation in just a few steps and positions VATS as the go‑to authority for strategic growth.
