We started with a soothing, modern logo that nods to Nanaimo’s valleys and coastal lines, then expanded the palette into a set of custom illustrations that carry through the website and print materials. Next, we launched a fast, responsive site that integrates seamlessly with the existing JaneApp scheduler while adding service pages, FAQ sections, and direct‑billing details. Clear calls to action move visitors from information to booking in two clicks, and the built‑in blog gives the clinic a platform for injury‑prevention tips and recovery stories.
